Dr. Basu D. Sharma, Professor of Business Administration, University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada. He is the Founding member of Asta-Ja Abhiyan Nepal and also a Founding editor of the Journal of Comparative International Management. He sits on the editorial boards of: the Journal of Management, the International Journal of Management Literature, Labour and Management in Development, Research and Practice in Human Resource Management, and Workplace Review. Dr. Sharma devotes his spare time to promote the cause of international peace, environmental protection, and poverty elimination. He lives in Canada.

 Dr. Deergha Adhikari, Professor of Economics, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Louisiana, USA, is the Founding member of Asta-Ja Abhiyan Nepal. He was born and raised in Birgunj, Parsa district, Nepal. Dr. Adhikari currently lives in Louisiana, USA.

Dr. Khusi Ram Tiwari, Plant Breeder. received his Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding from University of Manitoba, Canada. He was born and raised in Lamjung district, Nepal. Dr. Tiwari currently lives in Mississippi, USA.

Dr. Krishna P. Paudel, Professor and Environmental and Resource Economist, Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA. He received B.Sc.degree from Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science, Tribhuvan University, Nepal, M.S. degree from Auburn University, USA, and Ph.D. degree from the University of Georgia, Georgia, USA. Dr. Paudel was born and raised in Chitwan, Nepal, and he currently lives in Louisiana, USA.

Dr. Purusotam (Puru) L Shrestha is a Mines and Mineral Geologist and an Expert on Mining Geology and Mineral Exploration. He received his M.Sc. degree in Mining from University of Wales, UK, in 1976, and his Ph.D. degree in Geology from Institution of Mining and Technology, New Mexico, in 1993. Dr. Puru Shrestha is currently CEO and President of Geominmet Consultant Inc.  Dr. Puru Shrestha is currently engaged heavily in understanding environmental issues in Nepal. He has a created a virtual site called “Community Environment Academy” for education, awareness, participation and behavioral change. He is also advisor to NRNA USA NCC and NRNA ICC Expert Conference. Dr. Puru Shrestha was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal. He currently lives in Tucson, Arizona, USA.
